The fresh, natural ingredients that Thai cuisine requires can be found in most countries today. You won't need any basic skills or any knowledge to start; young Thai teachers will very kindly explain the ingredients used then guide you through the surprisingly simple process of cooking. Soon you will discover the pleasure of cooking yourself a delicious dish you probably had last night in your favourite Thai restaurant and you will be your own judge. Mmm… simply delicious. Classes are run daily and offers several options, most popular will allow to choose 3 o 4 of your favourite Thai dishes and last 3 to 6 hours. A recipe book and a certificate will be given according to chosen option. |

| Class A: This class is for those people who are hungry and impatient. Learn three classic Thai dishes; Green curry, Tom Kha Gai and Tom Yum Goong, in this quick and simple class lasting just 90 minutes includes recipe book. |

| Class B: You choose 3 of your favourite Thai dishes to learn in this class lasting 3-4 hrs. Learn about the essential herbs and sauces used in Thai cooking and walk away with a full stomach, a book, certificate and a new found knowledge of Thai cuisine. |

| Class C: Our most popular class includes a tour of the local market where you will learn how to buy the ingredients and see the real side of Thai life. With 4 dishs of your choice to learn you will increase your knowledge of Thai food and culture. Includes a recipes book and certificate and takes approximately 4-5 hrs to complete. |

| Class D: The beauty of this class is that it is private. The class is run on your terms and allows you to learn five of your favourite Thai dishes. You will recieve a copy of restaurant's bestselling 'Lazy Cuisine' cookbook as well as a certificate and tour of the local market.
